Experienced Fitter-Welders
Our Fitter-Welders lay out, assemble, and weld multi-story structural steel, and precision is the standard on every project. You’ll work in one of the nicest fab shops in the country — state-of-the-art equipment, air conditioning, and technology that sets us apart.

- Read blueprints to lay out and fabricate structural steel
- Select the right welding method and equipment for the job
- Prep parts with angle grinders
- Weld components in all positions using manual or semi-automatic equipment
- Set up and cut material to spec
- Inspect welds for flaws
- Keep equipment safe and in working condition
- Meet safety and quality standards on every job
- Keep the work area clean and organized
- Proven fitting and/or welding experience
- Skilled with flux-core and MIG welding
- Comfortable with grinders, squares, tape measures, and hand tools
- Able to read technical drawings
- Knows safety standards and wears required PPE
- Strong attention to detail
- Willing to train on overhead crane operation
- Proficient in English
- AWS certification a plus
