Experienced Fitter
Our Fitters lay out and assemble multi-story structural steel, and precision is the standard on every project. You’ll work in one of the nicest fab shops in the country — state-of-the-art equipment, air conditioning, and technology that sets us apart.
We want fitters who bring accountability, teamwork, and real job knowledge. If that’s you, we want to hear from you.
- Read blueprints to fabricate structural steel
- Set up and cut material to spec
- Prep parts with angle grinders
- Fit and tack components in accordance with specifications
- Keep equipment safe and in working condition
- Meet safety and quality standards on every job
- Keep the work area clean and organized
- Proven fitting experience
- Skilled with flux-core and MIG welding
- Comfortable with grinders, squares, tape measures, and hand tools
- Able to read technical drawings
- Knows safety standards and wears required PPE
- Strong attention to detail
- Willing to train on overhead crane operation
- Proficient in English
- AWS certification a plus
